Hi! We are Dale and Isha Walter of DIW Properties from Harrison, Michigan. We’ve been married since 2007 and started our rental business in 2009. Dale began selling real estate in 2000 and after a few years saw the need for rental housing in the Clare County area; that is how DIW Properties was created!  Since then, we have purchased houses in the Clare County area in central Michigan and turned them into monthly rental homes. Recently, we have added Rico Resorts, our nightly vacation rental homes business. Our two daughters, Olivia & Soraya, enjoy helping us out from time to time. From picking out paint colors to picking up a paintbrush, mop or broom, they aren’t afraid of a little work.
